Verified Google reviews from Concord neighborhoods
"I tried calling a local glass shop on a Sunday — closed. Auto Renu answered immediately and had a tech at my driveway in Clayton Valley by 2PM. Windshield done, ADAS recalibrated, car back in the garage before 4. Incredible."
"Auto Renu came to my office parking lot near Todos Santos Plaza during my lunch break. I didn't even need to leave my desk until the tech texted me to sign the paperwork. IQ requires you to drive to them — that's not possible with a badly cracked windshield."
"Sunday morning cracked windshield on Monument. Local shop? Closed. Safelite? Three-day wait. Auto Renu booked me for 11AM and the tech showed up right on time. Glass perfect, no leaks, ADAS system checked out. Five stars isn't enough."
"Mobile service is such a game-changer. I have three kids — I can't drive to a shop and sit there for 2 hours. Auto Renu came to my Ygnacio Valley home while I was working from home. Done before lunch."
"I commute from Concord BART. Auto Renu let me drop my car in the BART parking structure and they did the whole replacement while I was at work in SF. Came back to a perfect new windshield. No shop could offer anything remotely like this."
"Compared Auto Renu to three local shops. Auto Renu was the only mobile option open on a Saturday afternoon. Showed up on time, professional tech, cleaned up everything. The glass looks factory. Will never use a shop again."
