Lafayette, Orinda, and Alamo have no dedicated auto glass shop. Residents typically drive 15–25 minutes to Walnut Creek or Concord — and wait. Auto Renu eliminates the trip entirely with 100% mobile windshield service in all three communities.
Unlike Walnut Creek or Concord, the communities of Lafayette (94549), Orinda (94563), and Alamo (94507) have no local auto glass shop. Most residents drive to Walnut Creek (10–20 min) or Concord (15–25 min) and lose half a workday. Auto Renu is the only fully mobile auto glass provider that serves all three cities — a certified technician drives to your Lafayette, Orinda, or Alamo address and does the work on-site at your home, office, or parking lot. No drop-off. No wait.
The Lamorinda area (Lafayette, Moraga, Orinda) is home to a high concentration of newer vehicles, luxury cars, and ADAS-equipped SUVs — exactly the vehicles where windshield replacement requires careful handling and proper ADAS calibration. Auto Renu technicians are NGA-certified and trained on all makes including Tesla, BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Lexus, and Land Rover. With 4.9 stars across 151 verified Google reviews and BBB A+ accreditation since 2009, Auto Renu is the choice Lamorinda drivers make when their vehicle matters to them.
Auto Renu serves all of Lafayette CA 94549 with: windshield replacement (same-day available), windshield chip repair (30 min on-site), side and rear window replacement (break-in repairs completed same day), ADAS camera calibration (on-site, no dealer required), and quarter glass. Lafayette's curvy canyon roads — including SR-24 and Tunnel Road — produce frequent rock chip damage. If your chip is smaller than a quarter, repair may save your windshield entirely for $50–$80 cash or free with insurance. Call 1-800-684-3629 to find out.
Orinda CA 94563 is fully covered by Auto Renu's mobile service. SR-24 and Camino Pablo produce significant windshield debris damage, particularly in winter and after Caldecott Tunnel construction activity. Auto Renu prices in Orinda: standard windshield $179–$320 cash; SUV/crossover $250–$480; luxury vehicles and Tesla $400–$800+. With insurance (comprehensive coverage): $0. Most Orinda appointments are available same-day or next morning. Open Sunday — no other glass provider in the Lamorinda area is open Sunday.
Alamo CA 94507 has one of the highest concentrations of luxury vehicles in Contra Costa County — BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Audi, Land Rover, and Tesla are common. These vehicles almost always require ADAS calibration after windshield replacement, which most shops outsource to the dealership (adding cost and delay). Auto Renu performs on-site ADAS calibration in your Alamo driveway — no dealer trip required. This saves Alamo customers $150–$350 and a full additional day. Ask about ADAS when booking your Alamo appointment at 1-800-684-3629.
All three communities — Lafayette, Orinda, and Alamo — are served by CSAA (AAA), State Farm, Farmers, and other major insurers. If you have comprehensive coverage, your windshield replacement is covered at $0 deductible under California law. Auto Renu handles the claim directly with your insurer — Lafayette, Orinda, and Alamo customers pay nothing out-of-pocket in the vast majority of cases. We bill your insurer and schedule within 24 hours of approval. Call 1-800-684-3629 or visit autorenu911.com/quote to get started.
